How much of the available inventory goes under agreement each month? Once again, this does not reflect the fact that there are many available but not "listed" units at 45 Province and the W. If these were put into the mix, there would actually be several years worth of large, high end units available, and these absorption rates would look miniscule.

The number of available condos as of 7/21/10: 61. This does not include most of the new construction units at 45 Province or the W. There are, however, 32 resales available at the Ritz Towers, many more than usual.

Availability is very dependent upon the completion of large scale construction and renovation projects, and to a limited degree, the resale of those units.
