Open houses. These are a very effective way to gain exposure to your property. I will generally do public open houses at least  3 out of 4 weeks. I will also hold broker’s open houses at appropriate intervals, in order to make sure that all brokers are familiar with the property, and I will notify all brokerages through LINK and MLS-PIN as .
